Returns

It is possible to return an item, purchased in our Internet shop, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The mandatory requirements for returns are as follows:
- that there is no sign that the item has been worn
- the item still has all the labels, and the customer still has their receipt, and the item is still in the original packaging
- that the order form (download link) was correctly filled in and the customer has a copy of their passport

The company reserves the right to refuse a refund of a return, should any damage be discovered resulting from use of the item. In the event of any dispute the item is sent for an inspection. The funds are returned to the customer using the same method by which they paid within 10 days of the date on which we received the item.
